Programs
To complement our core pillar of philanthropy, TVIA offers additional programs for personal development and leadership.
Teen Seminars
We offer teens in grades 9-12 a variety of seminars geared towards preparing them for college and life in general as confident, independent young men. Topics can include: the college application process, interview skills, personal finance, car maintenance, emergency medicine and basic cooking.
Leadership Council
Teens in grades 10-12 are invited to apply to the TVIA Leadership Council to further develop their leadership potential, act as mentors at philanthropy events, lead projects that directly help our organization, and participate in meaningful leadership activities and training.
FRANCI FREE AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE AND LEADERSHIP
These awards honor the vision of our founder and encourage chapters to recognize those teen members who go above and beyond the minimum requirements for TVIA membership and achieve an exceptional level of service and leadership.
